House rules

Booking and payment

• Minimum stay is 5 nights. Minimum group is 6 guests.
• Deposit confirms the dates. Balance before arrival. Amounts on your quote.
• Cancellation: To be confirmed by the owners.
• Costa Rica 13% IVA may apply.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.
• Early arrival or late departure when the villa is free. Ask us.
• Luggage drop-off for early arrivals and late flights.

During your stay

• 15 guests max. Extra visitors need the owners' OK.
• No pets. No smoking indoors. Quiet 10 PM to 7 AM.
• AC off when doors and windows are open. $100 surcharge otherwise.
• Cameras at the gate and exterior doors only.
• Pool is unfenced. Watch the kids.
• One flight of stairs.

Before you leave

• Throw away trash, turn things off, return keys, and lock up.

The rental agreement sent with your booking is the binding document.
